Booking Policy

48 Hour Notice

Your booking fee is non-refundable; however, you may reschedule once.

24–48 Hour Notice

50% of the service total will be required.

Less Than 24 Hours or No Show

The full service amount will be charged.

Maintenance Fee

An additional maintenance fee may be assessed for hair presenting with significant product buildup, persistent odors, or excessive tangling that requires additional time and care to address.
